Kaleidoscope, 8am’s inaugural conference for legal and accounting professionals, hosted more than 330 attendees, 26 breakout sessions, two keynote sessions, and a closing keynote from Olympic Gold Medalist Gabby Thomas. Attendee contribution and match by 8am resulted in over $11,000 donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas, exhibiting strong community engagement that defined the event. Kaleidoscope also gave attendees direct access to 8am solution partners who provided guidance, tools, insights, and on-site solution upgrades to help firms enhance operations and drive business results.

New and Enhanced 8am Solutions

This year, 8am expanded its investment in AI with the launch of 8am IQ, the next evolution in AI-powered tools for legal professionals, delivering smarter and more precise capabilities. 8am's writing assistant delivers clear, accurate drafting and a document assistant that converts uploaded files into structured client data to keep casework moving. Additionally, many other 8am solutions added new features and enhancements in 2025:

  • 8am MyCase
    • implemented Smart Spend to give law firms improved visibility and control over matter expenses through automated tracking with an integrated credit card powered by Visa®, along with customizable reporting that highlights the firm’s specific performance metrics.
    • expanded access to advanced immigration capabilities with MyCase Immigration and added 18 new integration partners, including NetDocuments and Billables AI, reinforcing its position as the central hub for legal operations.
  • 8am LawPay – added Smart Spend to help firms better manage and control legal spend at the point of payment.
  • 8am DocketWise – provided accurate immigration support through digital H-1B registration and petition filing. Additionally, it added real-time case status updates, enhanced form syncing, payment authorization form generation, and USCIS-ready barcodes to ensure filings are complete and remain compliant.
  • 8am CasePeer – strengthened its personal injury ecosystem with seven new integrations through its partner API, including AI Demand Pro.
  • 8am CPACharge – introduced a new partnership with SafeSend that brings payment directly into the SafeSend One workspace, allowing firms to collect revenue the moment clients receive their completed returns. This connection streamlines delivery and payment into one coordinated experience, giving accounting professionals a secure way to drive completion and strengthen the client journey.
